Once you lock in your spot, the fun begins 🎉 You’ll get a message from our team confirming your booking, our team will support you with tracking your trip details, staying on top of payments, and connecting with your travel tribe before we even take off. We offer flexible payment plans that let you split the cost into easy monthly installments. All you need to do is secure your spot with a deposit, then pay the rest over time — as long as everything’s settled by the final deadline. No stress, no paying it all upfront.

Nope, flights aren’t included in the package. But we’ve got you covered on everything once you land — from your stay to the experiences. We’ll also give you the exact airport and arrival window so booking your flight is stress-free.
You’ll fly into Salvador Bahia Airport. It’s the closest airport to all the action and where our drivers will pick you up.
You’ll be staying in a premium hotel in the heart of the city, to ensure you are never too far away from the fun.
Check-in is usually around 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM, but don’t stress — we’ll send you all the details and keep everything smooth so you can just enjoy the trip.
Bring a valid passport, your flight info, comfy clothes for exploring, and a few cute fits for our dinners and photo moments. We’ll also send you a packing guide closer to the trip so you can prepare for your trip

But the exact duration and whether you qualify depend on your nationality and type of passport. If you’re not sure, check the Brazil embassy or consulate site, or reach out to us and we’ll help.
For Brazil, just keep your routine vaccines up to date. Yellow fever proof may be needed if you’re arriving from a risk country, and malaria precautions are recommended if you’re visiting places like Kruger. A quick chat with your doctor will keep you covered.
